Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a verification code when you log in. We recommend keeping MFA enabled to help protect your account and payroll information from unauthorised access.
When MFA is enabled, you will be asked to enter a verification code each time you log in.
If you need to disable MFA, follow the steps below.
Steps:
1. Click the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Go to Profile Security.
4. Click Disable under the MFA settings.
Once disabled, you will no longer be required to enter an MFA verification code when logging in.
Security Recommendation: We strongly recommend keeping MFA enabled wherever possible. It provides an additional layer of protection for your account and sensitive payroll information.
