Once a UIF, EMP201, or Annual Submission has been successfully submitted and marked as completed, it cannot be undone directly from the platform.
There is currently no option available in the frontend to reverse or undo completed monthly or annual submissions.
If a completed submission needs to be undone, please contact Support and provide the relevant submission details, including:
- Company name
- Submission type (UIF, EMP201, or Annual Submission)
- Submission period
- Reason for the reversal request
The Support Team will review the request and assist with the reversal process where possible.
Important: Users cannot undo completed submissions themselves within the platform. Any requests to reverse completed submissions must be submitted through Support.
